**Description** :



Huntington Ingalls Industries (Camber Corporation) provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.



HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Administration and Program Support at Shaw, AFB, SC **.** This position is **contingent** upon contract award.



The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required of all personnel within this position. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors.



**Duties and Responsibilities:**



+ Assists director in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, development, and implementation of organizational operating instructions and regulations of personnel related programs.

+ Assists with the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.

+ Assists with managing programs to include task management, GPC program, safety program, UDM to include ART and SORTS programs, awards program, security program, supply program, records management, DTS, training program, and self-inspection program. Attends required training, meetings, and functions as related to the prescribed unit programs.

+ Assists with ensuring unit programs comply with regulations, laws, policies, and directives. Instructs others on changes in administrative policies and procedures.

+ Assists with developing, establishing, updating, and maintaining office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. Implements unit file plan. Identifies and implements processes which can be improved or made more efficient through application of automated technology or other methods, including SharePoint. Leverages networks and technology to create office continuity.

+ Assists in role of FAM, coordinating management of and training for deployed personnel. Assists with legal orientation course for legal personnel deploying to USCENTCOM AOR.

+ Serves as POC for newly assigned personnel; introduces them to key personnel and schedules their initial training/orientation requirements.



**Qualifications and Experience:**



+ Minimum of six years' experience working military administration support requirements.

+ Minimum of four years' experience in Microsoft Office applications/email systems or the equivalent.

+ Minimum of one years' experience in SharePoint.



**Security:**



+ US Citizenship required

+ Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

+ Candidate must possess Secret Clearance

+ All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
